WOMEN IN KHAKI

TRANSPORT UNIT FROM KENYA. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 14. The Secretary of State for the Colonies, Lord Lloyd, inspected in the quadrangle of the Colonial Office a Kenya unit of a mechanised transport corps numbering about 60 women. On the khaki uniforms of some of them were decorations for service in the last war.
