ST. MATTHEW’S CHURCH
CONFIRMATION SERVICE. CONDUCTED BY BISHOP OF WAIKATO. The church was crowded to the doors for the annual Confirmation service held in St. Matthew’s Church last night. ■ The service was most impressive and was conducted by the Bishop of Waikato, who delivered an inspiring address on Christian service and character building. Eighty-five candidates were confirmed, including many adults. The new-ly-confirmed members will make their first communion on Sunday next.
