U.S.A. DESTROYERS
SECOND BATCH REACHES BRITAIN. NO GERMAN PLANES SEEN ON TRIP. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, October 14. The second batch of American destroyers transferred to Britain from the United States has arrived in this country. The captain of one vessel said that they had a good trip and saw no sign of German aircraft.
