THEFT FROM STEAMER
WHARF LABOURER SENT TO GAOL (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, October 14. James Alexander Stevenson, a wharf labourer, was sentenced to six weeks’ imprisonment on a charge of having stolen a case of whisky from a steamer in port.
