PLANE UNDAMAGED
AFTER FORCED LANDING. FLOWN BACK TO WIGRAM. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, October 11. The Airspeed Oxford bombing aeroplane which made a forced landing near Mt White, Cass, on Monday, has now been flown back to Wigram. Wing Commander G. S. Hodson, officer commanding the station, said tonight that the machine was found undamaged after a forced landing. The large paddock in which it landed had been quite suitable for a take-off. The machine had been piloted on the return to Wigram by Squadron Leader D. Baird.
