DECLINE FROM” PRECEDING WEEK. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9.20 a.m.) RUGBY, October 8. Fifteen ships of a total toniiage of 72,337 were lost through enemy action in the week ending on September 30, including 10 British ships of 55,927 tons, four Allied ships of 12,119 tons and one neutral ship of 4291 tons.
