ACTION BY VICHY
4 REPLACEMENT OF GENERALS IN INDO-CHINA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) HANOI, October 7. It is authoritatively stated that the Vichy Government is retiring all five of the French generals in Indo-China and that the replacements are arriving via the United States. A ruling requiring a lower age of retirement is responsible for this action.
