AGAINST AXIS POWERS CONSIDERED BY ADMIRALTY. REPLY TO “SINK AT SIGHT" POLICY. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Dav, 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, October 7.
