RUMANIAN GRAIN
REDUCTION OF EXPORTS TO GERMANY. OIL ALLOTMENT INCREASED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) BUCHAREST, October 5. A. new Rumanian-German trade agreement has been concluded, increasing Germany’s allotment of Rumanian petrol products but cutting down* on grain, “owing to the cession of territory decreasing the Rumanian crops.”
