NEAR WAITARA. rpENDERS are invited and will be received by the Wellington Harbour Board for the purchase of the land hereunder described upon and subject to the conditions set out in the Conditions of Tender hereinafter mentioned: ALL THOSE parcels of land situate in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, being, FIRSTLY, ALL THAT parcel of land situate in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, containing One Hundred and Forty-nine Acres (149 ac. Or. Op.), being Section 25, Block 1., Upper Waitara, being all the land in Certificate of Title Volume 50, Folio 163. SECONDLY. ALL THAT parcel of land situate as aforesaid, containing One thousand two hundred and ten acres (1210 ac. Or. Op.), being Section 12, Block IL, on the Public Map of the Upper Waitara Survey District, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth, being all the land in Certificate of Title Volume 32, Folio 59. The property is situate on the Mangamaeho Road, and is approximately seven miles from Urenui and the sale yards, and approximately seventeen miles from Waitara Railway Station. Portion of the lands comprise grazing flats, which are suitable for dairying. Tenders are invited for the purchase of the said land, (a) for cash, or alternatively, (b) partly cash and the balance upon extended terms of payment. Particulars and Conditions of Tender may be inspected at the Head Office of the Wellington Harbour Board or at the Offices of the Harbour Boards at Napier, New Plymouth or Wanganui, and forms of tender may be obtained therefrom. Tenders close at the Office of the Wellington Harbour Board, Wellington, at 5 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, 23rd day of October, 1940. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Dated at.
