It is reported from Berlin that a semi-official German trading company has purchased the greater part of Norway’s winter food stocks for immediate delivery to Germany. The payment is in Reich credit certificates. Major Quisling has banned Jewish doctors, lawyers and civil servants. Jew-ish-owned shops must be clearly marked. Rotary clubs are closed and their property confiscated. All sports and social clubs are under police observation.
