ROTARY CLUB
ADDRESS ON LIBRARIES. The president, Mr P. F. Fagan, presided over a full attendance of members at the weekly meeting of the Masterton Rotary Club held in the Y.M.C.A. rooms this afternoon. The speaker 1 of the day was Mr W. Kemp, who gave an interesting talk on New Zealand libraries.
On the motion of Mr E. G. Coddington Mr Kemp was accorded a hearty vote of thanks.
