Foreign property in Kunming, South China, suffered heavily.when 27 Japanese planes from one of the newlyacquired bases in Indo-China subjected the city to the most severe raid it has yet experienced. There were no foreign casualties. NISHIHARA REPLACED ' TOKIO, September 30. It is officially announced that MajorGeneral Sumita is replacing MajorGeneral Nishihara as the head of the Japanese deelgation in Indo-China.
