A “TICKLER” TANK.—The Broomstick Army in England has now gone one further and taken over a species of tank. The idea of a tank was worked on by Colonel Tickler, and is actually a high-powered car surrounded by sheet metal. This is welded round the chassis, three machine-guns are mounted in a turret, and the car becomes a formidable weapon for use against invaders.
