SPORTS GEAR

DONATIONS SOUGHT FOR CAMPS. APPEAL IN MASTERTON| Promises of support in the collection of sports gear suitable for use in training camps have been received by Mr I. I. McGregor, of Masterton, who has interested himself in the appeal locally. Mr McGregor has interviewed many sportsmen, including cricketers, golfers, hockey and table tennis players, who are making inquiries among their fellow players and club members and as a result it is expected that at least some sports gear will be available for donating to the camps. Persons who have sports equipment of any kind for which they have no further use and who wish to make it available for men in camp are asked to leave same with Mr McGregor at Messrs G. H. Perry & Co., Ltd., Perry Street.
