MORE FRENCH SHIPS
MOVE INTO ATLANTIC THREE DESTROYERS AND TWO MERCHANTMEN. REPORTED BRITISH PURSUIT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.40 a.m.) TANGIER, September 30. Three French destroyers and two merchantmen passed Gibraltar unmolested and entered the Atlantic. A Spanish News Agency later stated that British warships were pursuing the French ships near Ceuta.
