ARRESTS IN RUMANIA
FIVE BRITISH SUBJECTS. LORD HALIFAX DEMANDS EXPLANATION. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.52 a.m.) RUGBY, September 29. It is announced in London that Viscount Halifax today summoned the Rumanian Charge D'Affaires, M Radu Florescu, to the Foreign Office and called for an explanation, and the facts in connection with the recent arrest of five British subjects.
