The “Daily- Telegraph’s” Helsinki correspondent says great military activity is reported from Northern Norway. Strongly reinforced troops are occupying important points to Kirkenes. near Vaeso, at which there are extensive works for the extraction of iron ore waste, with which the invaders are improving railways and roads. This shows that considerable importance is attaching to the district. British reconnaissance and bombing flights in North Norway are being intensified.
