DELAYS IN TRANSMISSION FROM LONDON. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) SYDNEY, September 10. Australian newspapers generally are complaining of a heavy delay in the cables from London covering air raids and other important items. Some are taking up to 10 hours in transmission. Similar delays which have been experienced in New Zealand in the receipt of London cables recently have occurred mostly in the last two days.
