PLANS TO INCREASE TRADE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) MOSCOW, September 8. A trade and credit agreement between Russia and Sweden has been signed providing Russia with a credit of £6.000.000 sterling for five years for the purchase of Swedish equipment. Interest will be at the rate of 4J per cent. Over a five-fold increase of the Rus-sian-Swedish turnover is envisaged. It is proposed that the Russian exports include petroleum products, grain, fodder and manganese.
