KENYA PATROL ENTERS ABYSSINIA LOSSES INFLICTED ON STRONG ENEMY FORCE. SOME ITALIAN AIR RAIDS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) RUGBY, September 9. A Cairo communique states: “Some damage and casualties were caused by an enemy air raid on Mersa Matruh. Little damage was caused and no, casualties were inflicted when the enemy bombed Bura. One of our Kenya patrols advanced to Corai. in Abyssinia, where it engaged a (strong force of irregulars, inflicting casualties.”
