Mrs Kate Anderson, wife of Mr William Anderson, Taupo, has died in Napier Hospital at the age of 71 years. She arrived in New Zealand with her parents. Mr and Mrs Watson, as a child in the immigrant ship Mataura in 1877. Mrs Anderson lived for over 44 years in the Napier district and was married 50 years ago, the couple celebrating their golden wedding on June 11 of this year. In 1921 Mr and Mrs Anderson moved to Taupo.
