RELATIONS BROKEN
FRANCE & NETHERLANDS. UNDER GERMAN PRESSURE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, September 5. Diplomatic relations between the Netherlands and France are being suspended today. The Dutch received the decision of the Petain Government regretfully, but fell that it was acting only under strong German pressure. The presence at Vichy of Netherlanders enjoying diplomatic privileges with the freedom confidentially lo inform their Government of the French situation could evidently be tolerated no longer.
