REACHED IN THE WAR. BRITISH PRESTIGE SOARING. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 3. When the House of Commons resumes on Thursday the Prime Minister, Mr Churchill, will deliver a speech on the war situation which is being awaited with exceptional interest. In the view of legislators, a dramatic stage in the war has now been reached. Throughout the world British prestige is by common consent soaring, thanks to the splendid achievements of the R.A.F. and the magnificent spirit of the people.
