Boddington reports that 16 points of rain fell at Solway during the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. yesterday, and 14 points for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. today. Weather forecast: Light to fresh' winds from an easterly quarter, turning to southerly tomorrow; weather unsettled with some further rain or drizzle but improving tomorrow from the west; cool temperatures.
