PROGRESSIVE REDUCTION IN BRITAIN. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON. September 3. The Ministry of Labour reports a decrease of 27.814 in the number of unemployed between July 15 and August 12. Actually there was a reduction of nearly 50,000 adults registered but boys and girls leaving school increased the total by nearly 22,000. The total number registered on August 12 was 799,452, which is a reduction of 432,240 compared with August last year.
