RUMANIAN TROOPS REMAIN AT POSTS. READY TO ASSIST PEASANTS. BUCHAREST, September 2. Many officers and soldiers in Transylvania have decided to remain at their posts to aid the peasants in their resistance to the yielding of the territory to Hungary. The Minister of the'lnterior has prohibited public demonstrations, and numerous arrests have been made.
