SOME DAMAGE AND LOSSES IN AIR RAIDS. ATTACK ON CONVOY REPORTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.10 p.m.) ROME, September 1. A communique states: “Italian and colonial troops occupied Huna. Our air force bombed an enemy convoy in the Eastern Mediterranean. One ship was hit and badly damaged. The enemy raided Cagliari Airport and damaged two planes on the ground and also a corner of a headquarters building. There were no casualties. The enemy also carried out raids in Cyrenaice. resulting in seven dead and eight wounded. Enemy raids in East Africa caused three deaths and five persons were wounded among Italians and Natives. The damage was slight.”
