NEW TANKS
CONSTRUCTION TN CANADA. OTTAWA. Canada has begun the construction of 300 tanks. The acceptance of an offer by the Canadian Government to build tanks of a type now in use was cabled by the British Government and an order for 300 of these tank's was placed. Instructions to proceed immediately with lhe work were issued by the Honourable C. D. Howe, Minister of Munitions and Supply and the assembling of the material and equipment is now well under way.
