BIG ORDER PLACED IN U.S.A. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day, 1.20 p.m ) WASHINGTON. August 29. The Secretary for the Navy (Col. Knox) announced that the United Aircraft Corporation was manufacturing 17,000 Pratt-Whitney engines for the Army and Navy at a cost of 160 million dollars.
