Mrs Marcroft. of Masterton, is a visitor to Hastings.
Mrs Archer Hosking, Masterton, has returned from a visit to her daughter, Mrs W. Kennedy Logan, Rawere. Mr and Mrs E. J. Jenkins and family, Renall Street, Masterton, are staying at Paraparaumu Beach. Mrs L. Hannah, of Chilka Street, Wellington, is the guest of Mrs Wilmhurst, Chapel Street, Masterton. Mrs J. Kitchener, of Masterton, who was on a visit to her sister, Mrs A. Donald, Paekakariki, has returned home.
Miss Tui Anderson, Carterton, is visiting Wellington, where she is the guest of Mrs W. Murie, Oriental Parade.
The death occurred on Wednesday at Wellington of Mrs Alice Bourke, formerly, of Hamua, and relict of Mr David Bourke. The funeral will take place tomorrow, leaving the Catholic Church, Hamua, after Requim Mass which will be celebrated at 9.30 a.m.
