ACTION IN AUSTRALIA. NO GENERAL MORATORIUM. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.50 a.m.) MELBOURNE, August 28. The Federal Premier, Mr R. G. Menzies, announced that regulations would be gazetted within a few days providing easy access to appropriate tribunals for people wishing to make applications for a moratorium in respect to debts and other financial obligations arising out of the war. Mr Menzies said the Government was convinced that there was no justification for the provision of a general moratorium.
