FIGURES FOR LATEST WEEK. SLIGHTLY ABOVE AVERAGE. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright, (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) LONDON, August 27. Mercantile shipping losses for the week ended on August 18 arc: —British, ten ships of 41.175 tons; Allied, one ship of 7.590 tons and neutral, two ships of 4.134 tons. The tonnage mentioned is slightly above the weekly average since the outbreak of war.
