“THE RAGE OF PARIS.” Presenting the beautiful international star, Danielle Darrieux in her initial American screen role, Universal’s “The Rage of Paris,” a dashing! romantic comedy, will be shown tonight at the Cosy Theatre after five months of careful preparatory work and two months of active filming. Douglas Fairbanks Junr., is co-starred with the versatile French actress who appeared in some of . Europe's most distinguished films, including the prize winning “Mayerling,” before going to Hollywood. Among the featured players, Mischa Auer has the comedy role of a bewildered waiter. Helen Broderick, famous screen and Broadway stage comedienne, plays the part of a humorous, worldly-wise actress and Louis Hayward is Fairbanks rival. Properly to present Miss Darrieux, whose beauty and talent . have captured the imagination of millions abroad, Universal production officials have supported the star with brilliant cast including Charles Coleman, Samuel S. Hinds, Nella Walker and Harry Davenport. An array of talent that reads like “Who’s Who in Hollywood,” was assembled for Universals “You Cant Cheat An Honest Man,” the associate feature. Heading the c ast of this comedy, declared one of the best ever to come out of Hollywood, are W. C. Fields, Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy. For a comedy combination you just can’t beat that trio. Fields has been a star in his own right for nearly 40 years. Mortimer Snerd, Constance Moore, Princess Baba and Blacaman the animal hypnotist, are featured in important roles. The remainder of the cast is comprised of seasoned veterans of both stage and screen. They include Mary Forbes, Thurston Hall, John Arledge, Charles Coleman, Edward Brophy, Arthur Hohl, Eddie Anderson, Grady Sutton, Ferris Taylor, James Bush and David Oliver.
