NO CENSORSHIP OF SPEECHES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) CANBERRA, August 23. The Prime Minister announced that there will be no censorship of speeches in the forthcoming Federal Election. The Government is anxious not to retrict free speech, but it will not be permissible for any candidate to discuss or disclose the movement or location of troops, or make reference to the output of munitions, or give any information likely to prove of value to the enemy.
