USE AS ENGINE FUEL. EXPERIMENTS IN FIJI. ißy Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) SUVA. August 23. A successful experiment was carried out today when Diesel engines were driven on stock coconut oil. A Dieseldriven excavator and stone crusher were both driven satisfactorily under a full load.
The Government intends to carry out a lengthy test to determine the effect on the engine and the consumption.
