CASTLEPOINT COUNTY COUNCIL. is hereby given that the Castlepoint County Council, at its meeting to be held on September 9, 1940, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £5OOO in accordance with the provisions of the Rural Housing Act for the purpose of erecting farm dwellings under the said Act, such loan to be for a period not exceeding 25 years, bearing interest at £3 per centum per annum, and to be secured by a rate of seven one-hundredths of a penny in the pound on the capital value of all rateable property within the County of Castlepoint. Any person having any objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit same in writing to the Castlepoint County Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
