ST. JOHN AMBULANCE
PRESENTATION OF CERTIFICATE. FIRST AID EXAMINATIONS. At a meeting of the St. John Ambulance Brigade on Wednesday evening. Mr W. S. Flaws was presented with a certificate of promotion to the rank of staff sergeant. The certificate comes from Chief Commissioner Slccman, St. John Gate. London, and was presented by Mr J. C. Cooper (superintendent of the brigade). It was also announced that the following members had passed their first aid examination: —E. G. Camden, L. Coley. R, W. Garrick. W. J. Miller. L. G. Maxwell. H. Tagg. C. E. Tagg. G. Virtue. 11. Wright. J. H. Wade and E. Grigg.
