BOMBING ATTACKS
ON GERMAN ARMAMENT WORKS. REPORTED BY SWISS. (Received This Day, 12.45 p.m.) BERNE, August 19. An Army communique states that foreign planes bombed the railway between Diessenhofen and Schlatt, smashing telegraph lines but no damaging the railway track. Bombers last night are reported to have attacked German armament plants near Lake Constance, including the Friedrichshafen Zepplin works.
