HOTEL EXPLOSION
ONE PERSON KILLED AND 14 INJURED IN CANADA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WINDSOR (Ontario), August 18. The police are investigating an explosion in the basement of the 10-story Norton Palmer Hotel. One person was killed and 14 were injured. The streets in the vicinity have been blocked off for fear of second explosion.
