ERAISED RABBIT. Cut 1 rabbit into serving pieces and soak in salted water for 3 hours. Drain and dry thoroughly, Roll in seasoned flour and fry in lard or bacon fat until well browned. Add them ’to rabbit sprinkle with chopped parsley, cover well, and bake for 11 hours.
