RUMANIA GIVES WAY
REPORTED AGREEMENT WITH BULGARIA CESSION OF THE SOUTHERN DOBRUJA . MORE ANTI-JEWISH DECREES. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) BUCHAREST, August 10. Rumania and Bulgaria are reported to have reached an agreement regarding southern Dobruja. It involves the cession of a large strip of territory to Bulgaria and the exchange of populations. The Rumanian Government has enacted three anti-Jewish decrees as a form of appeasement for the Iron Guard, which is opposing the surrender of territory.
The Budapest radio announced that Bulgaria and Hungary have concluded a cultural agreement.
