SALVATION ARMY
COMMISSIONER’S VISIT. Commissioner Evan Smith, the leader of the Salvation Army in the Dominion, will conduct a special service in the Army Citadel tonight at I) o’clock. The Commissioner is desirous of bringing a note of cheer to the people of Masterton through the medium of his address tonight. He is a forceful and convincing speaker.
