An Admiralty communique announces that his Majesty's submarine Oswald. which has been operating in Mediterranean waters, is overdue and must be considered lost. An Italian communique has stated that 52 otl’iecTS and men. including the commanding oll'icer of this submarine are prisoners .of war ami unhurt.
