ALLEGED DESTRUCTION AT HAIFA. “HUNDRED THOUSAND TONS OF OIL.” (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright i (Received This Day. 12.25 p.m.) LONDON. August 18. The Associated Press of Great Britain’s Rome Agent says it is claimed that Italy’s third bombardment of Haifa on Wednesday destroyed 100,000 tons of oil and wrecked wharves, shipyards and warehouses.
