USE OF AMERICAN SHIPS. LEGISLATION APPROVED BY HOUSE. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, August 8. , The American House of Representatives has passed a law making it possible for American ships to go to Europe to bring back British children provided they were given safe conduct by all belligerents. They will go to Europe without cargoes, unarmed and unconvoyed.
