The Chinese Press reports that the Vichy Government has informed General Chiang Kai-shek that France is standing firm over Indo-China and will resist any Japanese military moves. A military spokesman said movements of Indo-Chinese troops on the Kwangsi border indicate that they are preparing to resist a possible Japanese invasion.
