LITTLE MOVEMENT IN LAND CAMPAIGNS. ENEMY PREPARATIONS IN LIBYA. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 10.15 a.m.) RUGBY, August 8. A Cairo communique states that all is quiet on the Western Desert frontier. Enemy movement, particularly of motor transport, continues. In the Sudan, there was an unsuccessful air raid on Atbara. Otherwise all is quiet. In Somaliland, as anticipated, enemy columns have halted after capturing Hargeisa and Oadweina and air reconnaissance reports little movement around these places. In the area of Eurao and to the east, the situation is reported to be normal. There is nothing to report in Kenya.
