Ficot (Director of Internal Marketing) commenting on the new egg marketing regulations, which came into force on August 1. said the main features, from the retailer's viewpoint were the provisions covering the grading of eggs offered or exposed for sale retail. Responsibility for correctly grading eggs was primarily with the wholesale distributor.
