Grocott, Wellington, was a guest recently at the Hotel Midland, Masterton. Mr and Mrs S. R. Gawith, Upper Plain, have returned from a short visit to Hawke's Bay. Mr and Mrs Vincent Ward, Wellington. stayed at the Hotel Midland. Masterton, recently. Mr and Mrs F. Clark, Palmerston North, stayed at / the Hotel Midland during a recent visit to Masterton. Mrs R. Hardie, who has been visiting Mrs C. T. R. Richardson. The Terrace, Lansdowne, has returned to Feilding. Mrs J. Mills, who has been staying with her mother, Mrs A. P. Bennett, Renall Street. Masterton, has returned to Eastbourne. The many friends in Masterton of Mrs D. McNeur, The Manse. Lansdowne, will regret to hear of the death of her mother, Mrs Orange, which occurred at Karitane, near Dunedin, on Monday.
